Naandi Foundation empowers underprivileged youth through skill development programs, enhancing employability and economic independence. Its Mahindra Pride Classroom initiative provides training in communication, digital literacy, financial management, and workplace readiness, preparing individuals for careers in IT, healthcare, hospitality, and management. Naandi also organizes job fairs to connect trained candidates with employers, ensuring high placement rates. By fostering confidence and career preparedness, the foundation bridges the skill gap, enabling sustainable employment opportunities.

Naandi Foundation has successfully placed thousands of underprivileged youth in stable jobs through its Mahindra Pride Classroom and other skilling initiatives. The foundation collaborates with leading companies to facilitate job placements in IT, healthcare, hospitality, and retail. Through job fairs and direct employer connections, trained candidates secure meaningful careers, improving their economic stability and long-term professional growth.

The book

The Job Factory is a book released by Naandi Foundation and Mahindra Group, showcasing inspiring success stories of Mahindra Pride School alumni. Authored by Manoj Kumar, CEO of Naandi Foundation, the book highlights how skill development transforms lives, enabling underprivileged youth to secure stable jobs. It features 75 young professionals who overcame challenges through MPS training, gaining employment in sectors like IT, healthcare, and retail.
